What we charge, and what we do!
Daycare is open from 6am-6pm Monday-Friday. You can contract up to 10 hours per day of daycare to ensure that you have plenty of time to drop off/pick up little one and still get to and from work on time! For example if your work schedule is 8am-4pm, you can contract 7am-5pm.
Daycare is not open on the weekends, but I do make exceptions for emergencies. These days can not be contracted but if I'm given enough notice I can be available for a flat rate of $25 per weekend day.
Daycare fees are $100 per week for full time, or $25 per day for part time.
Full time is 4-5 days per week, Part time is 2-3 days per week. If you need care only one day per week, my drop in rate is $5 per hour, 3 hour minimum. I require a 24 hour notice for drop in care.
Fees are due regardless of attendance unless I am the one who canceled care.
Example 1: I am sick and unable to provide childcare, you would not be charged for that day.
Example 2: Grandma wants to take baby to her house for the day. You would be charged for that day because daycare was open and available, and a slot was held open for your child.
Everything your child needs is included in your daycare fee, minus formula and diapers. Diapers can be included at a cost of $0.25 per diaper. Formula can also be included at a cost of $15 per week for full time and $10 per week for part time. Some parents like to bring their own, others enjoy the convenience of just dropping off their child and not having anything to worry about!
I provide Breakfast, Lunch, and 2 snacks during the day. If there is a specific snack that your child likes, please feel free to send it with them, but I do ask that you send enough for all the kids so there are no issues.
This is an average daily menu in our daycare for toddlers.
Breakfast: Diced Peaches, dry cereal, 4 oz cup of whole milk
Snack: Yogurt
Lunch: Grilled Cheese cut in cubes, diced tomatoes, 4 oz cup of whole milk
Snack: gold fish crackers and juice
Infants are fed on demand unless you have them on a strict schedule, older infants (6 months +) will eat on the same schedule as the toddlers, we supply infant cereal and baby food.

More about our all inclusive program
This is one of the biggest selling features of our daycare! We offer an all inclusive daycare program, or you can choose to supply your own diapers, formula, and spare clothing. If you choose to go the all inclusive route, your weekly tutition will be a bit higher, but you'll never have to worry about forgetting anything! You drop off and you're done, we handle the rest!
Full time all inclusive program includes:
*diapers ($0.25 each)
*formula ($15.00 per week)
*spare clothing in case of spills, accidents, blow outs, etc (free if clothing is returned clean within 1 week or else a $5.00 fee will apply)
If you choose not to use the all inclusive program, your fee will be a flat rate $100, and you will need to provide diapers, formula, and spare clothing.
Both programs include:
baby wipes, diaper rash cream, bottles, bibs, blankets, bedding, toys, high chairs, all food (minus formula), spoons/forks/bowls, books, art and craft supplies, love, snuggles, giggles and more!
